Meet Your Mediator
Baylee Hugger is a graduate of St. Cloud State University, with a BS degree in Applied Relational Conflict Management, Communication Studies, Psychology, and Biology. She is passionate about helping others resolve their conflicts and is an advocate for a more positive and peaceful community presence on the Mesabi Iron Range.
In addition to her formal education, over 100 hours of classroom and convention training grants Ms. Hugger recognition by the Minnesota State Supreme Court as a qualified neutral under rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. She practices facilitative/hybrid mediation in both family and civil cases. Iron Range Mediation Services can help you come to an agreement in a respectful and clear way through information that we provide and assistance from Ms. Hugger as a neutral third party.
Ms. Hugger's goal is to help all of her clients conclude services with confidence. She maintains strong confidentiality, understanding, and respect for all. As a mediator of and an advocate for communication, her hope is that you will grow in your conflict resolution skills, learn how to engage in uncomfortable conversations without fear or hesitation and that you walk out of the sessions feeling hopeful and empowered.
